Gareth joined Heart of the City last year as the very first Estates Manager. Since joining us, Gareth has focussed not only on the technical aspects of the estate and keeping it running safely and securely, but also building a community and bringing the estate together.
Gareth says his favourite thing about his role is the variety associated with managing a mixed-use city centre asset. He comments “Heart of the City is a fantastic estate and no two days are the same. It’s a pleasure to work with so many amazing occupiers ranging from best-in-class food halls to grade A office occupiers in such a thriving city.”
